Sera is awesome…I placed Father’s Day…

Sera is awesome…I placed Father’s Day gifts the Music Plaque with night light ..I totally screwed my order up . Sera contacted me in less than 12 hours and updated my whole order.

Great, great customer service. I had to cancel my order for personal reasons, but they were so nice and sent me so many emails, I appreciate all the effort. Thank you !!!!!

I had queries regarding my order which…

I had queries regarding my order which were tend to quickly and with care my experience with representative Jennifer was very helpful and she even went ahead to insure that my request was known to the other department. This experience made me feel like as a customer Soufeel Jewelry cares about it’s customer’s experience with them.A true 5 star experience.

Worst customer service

I've been trying to contact any of your staff over email, haven't heard back it's been a week, i can't track my package because it says my email isn't registered even thought you guys send the confirmation letter and order number TO MY EMAIL. I ordered a custom lighter and i would just like to see where my package is at, considering all these horrible reviews i'm worried i'm getting scammed or ripped off i understand it may take a while to arrive but i would at least like to see where my order is.

Worst Customer Service

I ordered a gift for Valentine's and paid for the expedited shipping so i can get it on time as they advertised it. Days passed and they still didn't prepared my Order so knowing that i won't get it in time I asked them to cancel. Every time the replied please wait and said no please cancel. I submitted cancel request 3 time and they just ignored it. I emailed them multiple times and they kept saying your order will be ready soon like i am asking for an update i was asking to cancel. After 8 days they said oppps sorry you order is ready now so we can't cancel. Then i was ok so at least refund my expedited shipping fees as it's already 3 days after Valentine's. They still didn't answer me and i kept following up. 8 days after Valentine's and after ignoring 5 emails from me they emailed and said oh it's too late it was shipped. This is stealing in the modern world. Ignore the customer because they already have the money and they will just keep it and there is nothing you can do about it. The worst experience i ever had with any online shopping. This was so frustrating and so wrong. Never ever again i will buy anything from the.

Theives!!

Theives!!! I never recieved my item after they took my money!! Says delivered but i never got it. Asked for my money back and they were trying to give me back 10% on a $34 order. Im escalating this to paypal as they take days to respond and its all the run arounds. Dont buy anything from them. Avoid at all cost and i WILL get my money back. Scums
Update: Paypal refunded me after i sunt screenshots of them saying if i change my 1 star review they will give me a FULL refund.
If you see anyone on here with 5 stars most likely they were paid or paid back.

Scams! Terrible! Don't even try to get something

SCAMS! Terrible! I ordered my item 2 weeks preliminary, but it's still not even shipped, absolutely no contact and customer support. Hardly found somewhere a phone number, which of course was busy with other customers all the time! I even left a voicemail and email, but never ever heard back! Please ban that website!

SCAM ARTISTS - DO NOT BUY!!!

Where to start. Product quality is horrendous, customer service even worse. E-mailed 5 times asking for a refund, then they finally replied with a blank e-mail body asking me to rate the service! Obviously done to make you feel like a fool. Ignore the generic replies on this also from SouFeel, they won't help and don't care.

I ordered myself, my daughter, and my best friend matching personlized bamboo watches for christmas 2018 and it has not arrived. I ordered it on the 15th of December and the status stayed on processing until Christmas Eve. My family just opened up gifts and my daughter did not have her watch to open. I exchange gifts tomorrow at church with my best friend and I don't have her gift. I want to cry. I feel so bad that I chose to have the items before Christmas and this company really messed up my daughter's christmas. I depended on this company to bring my daughter joy with my gift. I was so excited  but my Christmas was ruined.

I got my product but it was junk and it took 40 days to arrive! I wish I would have read the reviews before buying from them.
